Atender las inquietudes de los inquilinos sobre el alquiler y la suspension temporal de desalojos por falta de pago del alquiler

The Public and Affordable Housing Research Corporation (PAHRC) has developed a comprehensive resource webpage as part of the National Housing Preservation Database (NHPD) to help renters and their advocates know whether a property may be covered by the federal eviction moratoriums through the CARES Act. Renters are eligible for eviction protection through the CARES Act if they live in a rental home that is receiving federal subsidies or if they live at a property with a federally backed mortgage.

Please note that the NHPD does not include all housing programs eligible for federal eviction protection through the CARES Act. More specifically, we do not list properties with mortgages held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The resource webpage, however, includes links to other tools that provide information on housing programs not included in the NHPD.
